Direct employment
You hire the candidate directly, and we invoice a one-time fee of NOK 20,000 + VAT as a recruitment fee.
Employment through us
We assist with hiring and all necessary paperwork. The personnel are hired by us, and we invoice monthly with a surcharge of 15%.

Ready to deliver
When the personnel are ready, we deliver them to you fully prepared and compliant with all regulations. We follow the entire recruitment process, including approval from the UDI. The prerequisite is that they work for you for at least 6 months, and that you provide housing.
